The morning starts with a drive from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, taking approximately 2.5–3 hours. Arrive at the harbor and board the cruise for an overnight journey through the bay.
Lunch is served on board while the cruise begins its route among the limestone islands and islets of Ha Long Bay. The afternoon program may include a visit to one of the bay's famous caves, such as Sung Sot Cave, or kayaking around the limestone formations, depending on the cruise itinerary and weather conditions.
Return to the cruise for sunset and onboard activities. Dinner is served in the evening, followed by free time to relax on the sundeck, join a cooking demonstration, try squid fishing, or simply enjoy the scenery from the boat.

Accommodation: Overnight Cruise in Ha Long Bay

Wake up early for sunrise and join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by breakfast on board. The cruise continues its route through Ha Long Bay, with time to enjoy the views and participate in a final onboard activity.
A brunch is served while the boat returns to the harbor. Disembark around midday and transfer to Ninh Binh, with the journey taking approximately 3.5–4 hours.
Late afternoon, take a sampan boat trip through Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its limestone mountains, caves, temples, and waterways. The boat passes through several caves and stops at selected temples along the route. Return to your hotel in Ninh Binh in the evening.

Start the day with a visit to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the political and economic center of Vietnam during the 10th and 11th centuries. Visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh, and learn about the early dynasties that shaped the country's history.
Continue to Mua Cave, one of Ninh Binh's popular viewpoints. A climb of around 500 steps leads to the summit of Ngoa Long Mountain, overlooking the surrounding limestone mountains, rice fields, and winding waterways.
Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by the return journey to Hanoi. Arrive in the capital in the afternoon and check in to your hotel. The evening is free for shopping, local dining, or further exploration of the Old Quarter.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the morning at leisure in Hanoi. Depending on your flight schedule, there may be time for a final walk around the Old Quarter, shopping for local souvenirs, or enjoying a traditional Vietnamese coffee.
Check out from the hotel and meet your driver for the transfer to Noi Bai International Airport. Your guide will assist with the departure arrangements, marking the end of your 5 Days 4 Nights journey through the heritage treasures of Northern Vietnam.
