Ms Kate was in touch through out the trip. She visited us with a souvenir while we were in Hanoi. We felt very safe through out the trip.

Once after a midnight flight we eneded up at a wrong hotel our call was attended immediately by Mr. Calvin and Ms. Kate and were sent a cab immediately and were comfortably checkd in at the right hotel within half an hour. Unbelievable
