Payment & Cancellation Policy
I. Booking procedure
After we arrange all services and send you booking confirmation via our only official email info@jackytravel.com, please make payment 50% of total tour fee to deposit.
II. How to make payment
You may make your payment online via Wise (the most recommended option), bank transfer to our Vietnamese bank account or payment by card via our OnePay link (3.5% bank fee), using the details below: (Any bank or payment processing fees are payable by the guests)

Important: Please ensure that the full amount stated above is received by Jacky Vietnam Travel. Any bank, card or payment platform fees should be covered by the guest.
III. Cancellation policy
Note: Any change of travel date is considered as cancellation.
* For group of 1- 10 persons- If cancellation is made 21 days prior to travel date, 0% of total fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 10-21 days prior to travel date, 30% of total fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 5-10 days prior to travel date, 50% of total fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 0-5 days prior to travel date, 80% of total fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 30 days prior to travel date, 0% of total fee fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 15-30 days prior to travel date, 30% of total fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 7-15 days prior to travel date, 50% of total fee is charged.
- If cancellation is made 0-7 days prior to travel date, 80% of total fee is charged
