Vietnam Arrival Card: How to Complete the Pre-Arrival Form

Please complete the Vietnam Arrival Card through the official Vietnam Immigration website below: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/
We recommend completing the Arrival Card around 1-2 days before your arrival in Vietnam to help ensure a smooth immigration process and avoid unnecessary delays.

How to fill the Vietnam Arrival Card

There are two types of travelers entering Vietnam:

1. Travelers eligible for Vietnam visa exemption

This applies to travelers from ASEAN countries and other nationalities eligible for visa exemption to enter Vietnam. Please fill as below:

• Visa type: Bilateral exemption
• Number: Leave it empty
• Date of issue: Select the date when you complete the Arrival Card. For example, if you complete the form today, select today's date as the date of issue.

2. Travelers who require a visa

Please enter your visa information according to the details shown on your approved visa or visa document. Make sure that your visa information matches your passport and visa documents.

Save Your QR Code

After successfully completing the Arrival Card, the system will generate a QR code. Please save the QR code on your phone. You do not need to print it out. We recommend taking a screenshot and keeping it easily accessible when you arrive at the airport. If requested, you can show the QR code to the immigration officer during the arrival procedure.

Special note:
Please make sure your passport is valid for more than 6 months from your arrival date in Vietnam.
