Organisation and customer experience from when we arrived until we flew home was exceptional . Constant communication with Anne , Heidi and team , checking to unsure everything was as we expected and meeting our needs, Attentive to the smallest of details and logistical changes .
They Totally exceeded this customers expectations .
Hotels chosen were top standard, spotlessly clean , we stayed in 4 and an overnight cruise on Han Loc bay . Our tour guides as we travelled thru’ the country (Hanoi, Hue, DaNang , Hoi An , Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap ) were very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English.

I would have no issue recommending Jackie travel to anbody travelling to Vietnam / Cambodia.

The trip was extremely well organized by Kate at Jacky travel. Our local guides were amazing and so helpful. Everything went very smooth and all arrangements fell into place as they promised. The 5 star hotels they arranged were awesome, the food was great and we learned so much of Vietnam's rich culture and the wonderful people!
We love to go back and I highly recommend Jacky Travel to everyone !
