The best option for the tours in Vietnam. We found Jacky before went... to Vietnam and we booked 6 tours like Mekong Delta, Cu chi tunnels, My Son, Hue, Halong Bay (one night stay in the Silver Sea Cruise) and Ninh Binh. All of them were very good and well organised tours. Thanks to Jacky we could save time and see most important places with the guides who have deep knowledge in their fields. Ms Tram, our tour guide for the trip is knowledgable with her explanations of the history of Vietnam. and she's always there ready to ensure you're comfortable. Hotel choices were very nice and comfy. Overall a very honest tour experience. My family and I enjoyed this trip so much, and speak highly of Vinh and Tram. Highly recommended.The team is friendly and helpful. Mr Nimh very... helpful and assisted us at all manner. Mr Peter was in touch whenever I need advice and guidance and he returns our missed call when they r busy. He will try his best to fulfill customer requirements. Their services are very good. Free SIM cards was provided and was very helpful along our trip to communicate with them. Only that the coach seats are small for long hour drives to Pagoda and boating. Not comfortable. Coach to Halong Bay is with wider seat and comfortable. By the way, we had a great family trip 😊thumbs up 👍 and enjoyed the moments.read more

5 🌟.. Highly recommended !!! I would love to go again and again to... Vietnam and plan my trip with Jacky Travels and his team .. I have never seen such great hospitality until now and it’s from starting to end of my journey ..! They received us well and send us with great love and lovable souvenir...All the trip was well planned, they give you enough time to enjoy trip , take photos , have food . We loved the 5 days we spent in Vietnam !!

We contacted Jacky from Malaysia. He has many customers from... Malaysia, he knows our needs well. He managed to propose an itinerary that satisfied our needs in short time. Two weeks before the trip, Jacky contacted us to remind us about the trip and offered to answer our questions, if there is any. Jacky picked up us from airport when we arrived. We spent 5D4N in Vietnam. The tour arrangement was extremely smooth. Jacky's team always being punctual in every pick up time schedule. The hotels we stayed in were clean and comfortable. Food served to us were authentic and delicious. We really enjoyed the trip with Jacky, he guided us very well during our visit. We truly appreciate his professional service provided to us. I will highly recommend Jacky Vietnam Travel. When my husband found... their page on fb, I actually googled their website and was impressed with the good reviews. And when I finally messaged them, they are so accommodating. They responded to all my inquiries quickly and they give good suggestions how to plan our itinerary. They give a good deal on the package and they can customise your itinerary according to your preference. The airport transfers and our tours are arranged accordingly and on time. Kudos to Mr. Jacky for taking care of our family during our stay in Vietnam. My kids like him a lot because he's very nice and caring. He also gave us souvenir gifts before we left.
