Normally we plan our own trips but Vietnam and Cambodia was new to us. We contacted several agencies regarding our interests and budget (we are retired and on a budget, so wanted 3 star only) but everyone responded with their standard inflexible bus tour itineraries.
Ms Smiley, co-founder of the agency, was different. She actually listened to our needs and location interests and tailored a three week itinerary mix of group and "private" tours with appropriate hotels in convenient locations. Places like Hanoi, Cat Ba, Sapa, Tam Coc, Hoi An, Hue and Angkor Wat were included.
We even asked for a few "free" days to explore places on our own and that was no problem for them. So flexible!
From start to finish, the AMAZING Ms Smiley kept in daily contact with us through WhatsApp. She was proactive and SO well organised. She promptly handled all questions, problems and transport arrangements as they arose. It was exactly like having your own personal 5 star Tour manager, plus one who is genuinely warm, friendly and so kind. We were treated like family members, not clients. Ms Smiley even remembered my birthday... complete with a cake and card!!!!
The agency has a great working relationship with drivers, other tour companies and guides. The company carefully select their contacts and everyone works together to help you. The tours were well selected. We also visited Angkor Wat and the small group tour they arranged was excellent!!! And they welcome feedback, too.

We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this excellent agency, especially for "first time" travellers to Vietnam. Jacky Travel knows all the tricks to make your visit a seamless one, down to giving you all details of drivers to pick you up. So choose this local agency rather than the big names if you want a more authentic travel experience. You wont be disappointed .
