Moreover, when my flight got delay for more than three hours, they kindly meet me and helped me with anything that was necessary. They really will do their best so you can have a memorable time in Vietnam!

I initially approached them having found out about them online via WhatsApp. I received quick, polite and efficient responses and they were able to create a customised itinerary based on the plan I had proposed to them. They were extremely reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had received and I was very impressed by their professionalism. Big special mentions have to go to Kate who was simply amazing in helping us to organise our trip. She came to meet us when we arrived in Hanoi and was super friendly and kind-hearted. She was willing to answer any questions we had and provide us with any assistance. The tour itself was very well organised with clear timings and details and all tour guides and drivers were on time in each city we visited. Jacky's Travel also took into account our dietary needs and this was extremely well accommodated. Throughtout our trip, I felt we were looked after and cared for as Kate was always checking in to see how everyone was and if we were enjoying our time in Vietnam. The guides themselves were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We managed to see everything we wanted to see and do and I can honestly say our trip would not have been half a success if it was not for Jacky's Travels. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and in particular, Kate. One thing to note is that as part of the itinerary package - tips are not included and are at your own discretion. We did not have any issues regarding this with the first two guides however the last guide in Ho Chi Minh City, actually informed us of the amount we needed to pay them as a tip. We felt this slightly overshadowed the last part of our trip as we felt that it should have been at our discretion and the budget we had accounted for the trip rather than feeling obliged to pay a certain amount. This is something that perhaps could be looked into in terms of informing guides not to ask for specific amounts, and to leave it at the discretion of the customer.
