The weather was perfect and no rain at all. We really enjoyed ourselves, the places esp in Sapa was cool and breezy. We also loved all the food that were introduced to us!

We opted for a private car with driver and guide and they were all brilliant and knowledgeable in all the various cities. The itinerary was well organised and everything worked like clockwork. One of my daughters found out she may have an allergy to mushrooms and Jacky Travel ensured all restaurants we ate at were informed well in advance and all restaurants catered for it. All restaurants they included in the itinerary were excellent and a lot of variety at each meal. Smiley was always in regular contact to find out how the trip was going and whether we needed anything or any changes. The guides and drivers were very flexible and knew the local history of every place visited. No waiting in queues or worrying about what to do or where to go and how to go as everything was sorted by them. Real peace of mind. All cars were 7 seaters for the 4 of us and were very comfortable with air conditioning and reclining seats. Have already referred family and friends and we will definitely use them again. You will not go wrong with them. They were referred to us by my cousin who had used them last year and were full of praises, so it was a no-brainer for us to engage Jacky Travel.
