Jacky travel organised our visas, all international and domestic flights as well as our private drivers and guides for the entire trip. All accommodation was fantastic and the guides very friendly and full of knowledge with all of them able to speak English.

Favourite stop was La Siesta in Hoian. Great accommodation, food and plenty to do during our stay.

We were able to contact our travel agent Helen on Whats App if we needed to ask any questions, but the trip was well planned with no problems encountered.

This is when we contacted Kate at Jacky Vietnam Travel and I am absolutely astonished at the level of help we got from them. They did so much in such a short time to rectify our issues and without their intervention, we would have missed our holiday. Considering they got little commercial benefit out of what they did for us, the level of care and attention was way beyond their call of duty and they knew exactly what they were doing.

We will return to Vietnam soon because it was the best holiday we have ever had and we will certainly look to book with Jacky Travel when we go.
