We did an overnight trip to Sapa with cable car and village touring, and a custom jeep tour of Hanoi adding what we wanted and skipping what we didn’t.
The guides & drivers she selected were great at their jobs and made our visit memorable.
Communication was quick and friendly (remember time zones) and prices were reasonable. Their payment system even worked internationally without issue.
It was refreshing to have this level of service offered, and the product to be so appropriate.

  Would warmly recommend food tour through Hanoi with Vinh - We booked the food tour in Hanoi and our guide Vinh let us have an amazing time. He picked us up at the hotel and showed us 5 very great... read more traditional vietnamese dishes that tasted delicious. The tour was well organizied and Vinh told us a lot of interedting facts about the city, the buildings and the history of VietNam. He adjusted the tour however we liked it and made a little walking/sightseeing break in between the food tastings as we were completely full (it just tasted too good). Vinh knows the best spots to go and is a friendly and very helpful guide, that really made us enjoy the tour a lot. We can only warmly recommend him and the food tour to anybody who likes to know more about the country and taste the traditional cuisine of VietNam.

  Excellent service, good value, beautiful sights, informative history  - We took the 5D4N private tour of Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hue, and Hoi An. It was excellent—there is no way we could have seen so many sights... read more or understood so much of Vietnamese culture and history if we had tried to do this on our own. The hotels they put us up in were comfortable and clean and the restaurants they fed us at were tasty and varied. Our guide and driver were amazing—they helped us to find inexpensive places to get supplies we forgot to bring, and helped maximize our time so we got to see the most beautiful landscapes and the most sights with the least waiting in lines. In Da Nang we saw Hang Market, Pink Church, Lady Buddha, Dragon and Love Bridge, Night Market, Marble Mountains. In Ba Na Hills we saw almost everything, including the Golden Hands Bridge, Flower Garden, two 4D movies, Alpine coaster, Beer pavilion, street shows, Fantasy park, and of curse the gondola— our tour guide smartly recommended the Wow Pass for us (an extra USD$12 each) which allowed us to skip most of the lines and let us see so much more. In Hue we saw the 12th emporer’s masoluem, the imperial palace and Thien Mu pagoda along the perfume river—along the way we stopped for beautiful views and got to see an oyster farm. In Hoi An we saw the Ancient City and its temples and the Japanese covered bridge, the night market, and went on the basket boat tour. We also took the 2D1N Ha Long Bay cruise with Jacky Travel. The boat was clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the sights/activities were fun and beautiful. We toured Amazing Cave, hiked Titov Island, and kayaked Luon cave. We could have also done squid fishing and Tai Chi but we were too tired! Jacky travel helped us also to get connections between our trips with private cars and buses, even when it was not part of the tour! A rep from Jacky Travel even met us in Hanoi to get our feedback first hand. This company is dedicated to high quality customer service and we felt so cared for while we were here. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The whole trip was smooth and professional, From booking to pick-up and the return, all went without a hitch. Kate even managed to get the rain to stop for us:) Kate was in touch throughout the whole trip to make sure was all going ok.

The trip itself was awesome. A lovely boat, a great crew and staff. The scenery was fantastic, The food was almost Michelin star,, beautiful and the staff were so attentive. Lots of activities, if you wanted them, or just chill. We will be doing it again next year for sure.
